Quarter columns with brass capitals on waist,turned columns on hood, fretwork with chimneys and 3 spire finials.  Arch plate time & strike 8 day  brass plate movement. Original Tin can weights. Original brass bob. Beautiful original hand painted dial, original hands and second hand.

Luther Smith was born in Colrain, Massachusetts, and past away October 21, 1839. Records show he was in Keene New Hampshire around 1794, and built the first public clock. His clocks are limited and not many are  known to exist.
